With products from bananas, it includes the following steps:
- Ripe bananas -> thinned and then sun dried / electric dried
- The sticky rice pancakes are sprinkled directly on the fire
- Dried bananas are cut, mixed with the other ingredients and caramelized on the wood or gas stove, then are rolled with sticky rice pancakes.
- Cut the rolls out pieces and packing
With other fruit products, it includes the following steps:
- Ripe fruit: peeling the skin, remove nut (if yes) then cut into the appropriate shape
- The sticky rice pancakes are sprinkled directly on the fire
- Prepared fruits are mixed with the other ingredients and caramelized on the wood or gas stove, then are rolled with sticky rice pancakes.
- Cut the rolls out pieces and packing
