The sweet potato or sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas) is a dicotyledonous plant that belongs to the bindweed or morning glory family, Convolvulaceae. Its large, starchy, sweet-tasting, tuberous roots are a root vegetable. The young leaves and shoots are sometimes eaten as greens.
In Vietnam, there are many kinds of sweet potatoes: white, yellow (orange), purple. The purple and yellow are popular in Vietnam that has big quantity.
Sweet potato chips are made from fresh sweet potatoes in modern production line, ensured food safety, remain natural color and flavor. Don’t use additives in production process.
